💫 OUR STORY 

We created The Nourish Course because we’ve both lived through imbalance and found our way back to health.

Jenny healed years of infections, fatigue, and anxiety by nourishing her gut and calming her nervous system.
Dr. Gunhild is a medical doctor and psychiatrist, and a board member of the Norwegian Society for Lifestyle Medicine. As a doctor, she saw the struggles in her patients and wanted to give them a roadmap with practical tools to restore balance through lifestyle and nutrition.

Dr. Gunhild is passionate about how nourishing food, movement, and stress balance can strengthen both body and mind — helping you create lasting health and energy from the inside out.

✨ Jenny’s Story — From exhaustion and inflammation to feeling like myself again

For years, I felt constantly exhausted and inflamed. I caught infection after infection, battled painful PMS and migraines, and felt completely drained — no matter how much I slept. My anxiety grew worse, and I felt disconnected from my own body, as if it was working against me. 

I tried everything, but nothing worked until I started looking deeper —When I finally learned how my gut, low grade inflammation, hormones, and nervous system were all connected, everything started to make sense. 📚🔍

I began changing my diet — slowly, one meal at a time — focusing on real, plant-based foods and daily habits that calmed my nervous system. Within months, my energy returned, my digestion improved, and my inflammation eased. 🥦🫐

Healing didn’t happen overnight — it came from consistency, patience, and learning to treat my body with compassion instead of restriction.💖

Today, I live with more clarity, purpose, and energy than ever before — and that’s what I want for you too: not just to feel better, but to reach your full potential as a human being. 🌸

🩺 Dr. Gunhild's Story - Healing from the inside out!

Years of low energy, inflammation, and gut issues had left me completely drained — both as a person and as a doctor. Even simple things like preparing an everyday dinner felt overwhelming. 💭

I also struggled with skin problems such as acne, rosacea, and eczema, and I occasionally had joint pain. As a doctor, I knew there wasn’t a pill that could fix all of these symptoms — especially not the exhaustion. So I began searching for answers, diving into research, and discovered how deeply connected the body and mind truly are — and how lifestyle medicine can help rebuild both. ⚡️🔍

Changing my diet was the first step: adding more whole, plant-based foods — leafy greens, berries, nuts, and seeds. Slowly, my energy returned, the inflammation calmed, and I started to feel like myself again. 🫐🥬

Mindfulness and movement have also become essential parts of my healing journey. Today, I use both my personal journey and the experience of helping hundreds of patients to guide others in healing from the inside out — with practical, science-based lifestyle tools that create real change in body, mind, and energy.🧘‍♀️
